World’s Largest Wedding Vow Renewal 

Did you know that Pittsburgh is going to be in the Guinness Book of World Records? On Sunday evening, February 10, somewhere close to 750 couples gathered at the Carnegie Music Hall Auditorium to renew their wedding vows in the largest wedding vow renewal ceremony in history. The old record was set in Sydney, Australia last September with 272 couples. The number of couples who signed in properly is 630. The number of couples who had the required copy of their marriage certificate with them was 611. Signatures must be verified and the necessary approvals received from Guinness, but we will squash the Sydney record like a bug!
