will be assisting people who want to file applications for the Low-Income
Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) and other public benefits
listed below:
- Food
Stamps
- Child
Care Subsidy
- PACE/PACE
Net- low cost prescription drugs for seniors 65+
- Medical
Benefits- Children's Health Insurance Program, Medicaid, and Adult
Basic
- PA
Property Tax and Rent Rebate- elderly & disabled adults eligible
to apply for 2006 tax year rebate until 12/31/07.
Appointments
to apply for one or more public benefit programs will take approx.
one hour. Clients can be quickly screened to see if they are eligible
for any of these benefits.
